Product Description
This machine is suitable for surface screen printing on various special-shaped containers such as round, oval, square, and conical ones. It has the advantages of convenient and fast commissioning and installation, stable and reliable operation, strong versatility, high positioning accuracy, precise color registration and high printing efficiency.
The machine can also use ordinary air-drying ink, UV ink and high-temperature solid ink for printing, featuring strong adaptability. It has outstanding advantages for the following bottle shapes and situations:

Machine Structural Features:
The machine structure is mainly composed of an automatic bottle feeding mechanism, mechanical arm automatic loading & unloading mechanism, servo system transmission mechanism, automatic printing main unit (printing system) and UV full-automatic temperature-controlled UV curing system.
Equipped with a modular program-controlled processor and touch screen display control system, it ensures more stable operation. It features fewer fixtures for easy bottle shape replacement, simple commissioning and installation, as well as user-friendly operation.
The core components adopt the full Omron servo system and it can be equipped with a visual positioning system, delivering stable operation, high precision and accurate color registration.
Application Scope:
This machine is suitable for surface printing of glass product packaging, cosmetics packaging, acrylic products, daily chemical products, personal care products, wine bottle packaging, reagent bottles and food outer packaging containers.
Applicable materials include glass, plastic, acrylic, ceramics, metals and others.
Ink Printing Application Scope:
1.UV Ink Printing
UV ink printing allows products to proceed directly to the packaging process after UV curing. The machine’s UV processing system ensures full and uniform UV light exposure on the printed surface of bottles regardless of their shapes, resulting in stronger ink adhesion and more reliable printing quality. Equipped with a full servo system and visual color registration system, it features high positioning accuracy and precise color matching. It can also be combined with multiple units to achieve multi-color printing, making it extremely flexible and suitable for the diverse and irregular shapes of cosmetic containers.
2.Ordinary Air-drying Ink Printing
The machine is also compatible with ordinary air-drying inks, catering to products that require subsequent hot stamping processes. It can be integrated with a robotic arm to directly transfer printed products to the oven. This not only saves time, labor costs and floor space, but also better meets the varied requirements of different customers.
