Product Description

It can realize precise two-color register simultaneously, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1.It adopts full servo drive and multi-axis linkage control for the entire printing process of products. The machine is suitable for surface screen printing of various special-shaped containers such as round, oval, square, and conical ones.
2.To meet the demand for precise multi-color register, the same set of fixtures is used during the product printing process, which avoids position errors caused by repeated fixture assembly and disassembly and thus prevents the reduction of color register accuracy.
3.To reduce the online and labor costs caused by color register requirements, multi-color printing is integrated into a single piece of equipment. There is no need to purchase multiple printing machines, which greatly reduces equipment procurement costs and labor costs.
4.The integration of multi-color printing into one machine reduces the processes increased by online connection. The full servo multi-axis linkage optimizes the printing curve and cycle time, which greatly improves production capacity.
5.This machine adopts UV ink printing and can complete multi-color printing in one pass.
