Product Description
This machine is a high-speed three-station automatic screen printer specially designed and customized for round bottles. It has the advantages of convenient and fast commissioning and installation, stable and reliable operation, strong versatility, high positioning accuracy, precise color registration and high printing efficiency.
The machine is also adaptable to printing with ordinary air-drying ink, UV ink and high-temperature solid ink, featuring strong compatibility. Combined with an automatic image positioning system, it can realize color registration printing for round bottles without positioning marks, ensuring precise color registration and high printing efficiency.
Machine Structural Features：
The machine structure is mainly composed of an automatic bottle feeding structure, an automatic dust removal device, a manipulator automatic feeding structure, a full servo system transfer structure, a three-station turntable high-speed rotary printing main body (printing system), and a UV fully automatic temperature-controlled ultraviolet curing system.
It adopts a modular program-controlled processor and a touch screen display control system, ensuring more stable operation. With fewer fixtures, it is easy to change bottle shapes; commissioning and installation are simple, and operation is more convenient. Combined with the full OMRON servo system and visual positioning system, the machine features stable performance, high precision, and accurate color register.
Application Scope：
This machine is suitable for glass product packaging, cosmetic packaging, reagent tubes, vials, tubular products, food outer packaging containers, oil bottle caps and wine bottle caps. It can be applied to materials such as glass, plastic, ceramics and metal.
Ink Printing Application Scope：
1.UV Ink Printing
After UV ink printing and UV curing treatment, the products can be directly transferred to the packaging process. The UV processing system of this machine can achieve full UV light exposure on the printing surface of bottles regardless of their shapes, ensuring comprehensive ultraviolet radiation on the printed areas. This results in stronger ink adhesion and more reliable printing quality. Equipped with a full servo system and a visual color register system, the machine features high positioning accuracy and precise color matching. It supports multi-machine combination to realize multi-color printing, making it extremely flexible and suitable for the diverse and irregular shapes of cosmetic containers.
2.Ordinary Air-drying Ink Printing
The machine can be equipped with an electric heating function for screen frames, which can meet the requirements of customers who need to print with high-temperature inks. It can also be used for printing with high-temperature solid color inks.
3.Ordinary Air-drying Ink Printing
The machine is also compatible with ordinary air-drying inks, and is suitable for products that require hot stamping processes. It can be equipped with a manipulator to directly transfer printed products to the oven. This saves time, labor costs and floor space, and meets the needs of different customers to a greater extent.
